Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-food items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cranberry-isles.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cranberry-isles.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, all tea, matcha, and other consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
