Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via USPS or DHL depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Preorders

Some items are offered as preorder due to limited, small-batch production. Estimated ship dates for preorder items are listed directly on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order will ship once all items are available.

Preorders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is final.

We’ll keep you updated if there are any meaningful delays.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped out daily. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and shipping from the time your order is placed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or during holidays. Orders placed after noon on Fridays will go out the following week. We do not ship on weekends.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to USPS or DHL, Cranberry Isles is not responsible for carrier-related delays, delivery issues, or transit disruptions.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Cranberry Isles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being accepted by USPS or DHL. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered. Replacement or refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees required by their country. International shipping timelines may vary due to customs processing and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address

Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for refund or replacement. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
